We are proud to be supporting the redevelopment of 3 Mantle Road in Brockley, where we are acting as Project Managers and Employer's Agent. This carefully considered scheme will transform a former builder's yard into a contextual mixed-use building, delivering 9 new homes and a ground floor commercial unit. Sensitive to its neighbours, including a nearby primary school and residential streets, the project balances development potential with high-quality design and amenity. Our role is to drive programme certainty, coordinate the consultant team, and manage risk through planning, design and procurement. As Employer's Agent, we are ensuring robust contract management and will safeguard the client's interests through to project completion.
