Information we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us through our contact form: your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not collect any other personal data automatically.
How we use your information
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except trusted service providers who help us run this website and our email and IT systems, and where we are required to by law. Any such providers act on our instructions under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to deal with your request and to maintain our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted.
Cookies
This website uses no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not track your browsing. The only cookie we set is a strictly necessary session cookie (develeco_portal), and only if you log in to our client portal; it keeps you signed in and expires within 24 hours. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking this cookie will simply prevent client-portal login.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability.
