Decarbonisation
A risk-based approach.
We are PAS 2035 certified Retrofit Coordinators and Assessors who take a risk-based approach to retrofit. Done well, retrofit reduces energy bills and living costs, improves comfort, lowers environmental impact and creates healthier living environments.
Retrofit also carries risk: defective building fabric, underperformance, financial liability and health implications. While PAS 2035 is voluntary on private projects, the standard requires a Retrofit Coordinator to manage client risk. We recommend engaging a PAS-certified project manager, or putting risk-mitigation strategies in place, as early as possible.
