Whole Life Carbon Assessments (WLCA)

We carry out Whole Life Carbon Assessments using OneClick LCA, with output reporting compliant with BS EN 15978 and the RICS Whole Life Carbon Assessment Professional Statement. Assessments calculate carbon emissions across a 60-year Reference Study Period, measured in tonnes of CO₂ equivalent.

We cover both operational emissions (life-cycle stages B6–B7) and embodied emissions (A1–A5, B1–B5, C1–C4). Conducted at feasibility or concept stage, a WLCA establishes a baseline to compare design iterations and enables clear, informed investment decisions, offered alongside Life Cycle Costing.
