Project overview
We were recommended to the client by their lender, Alternative Bridging Corporation, with whom we have worked previously. The client had been left in a difficult position by the previous contractor, who went into liquidation. The previous builder was also responsible for the design, which failed to comply with Part L regulations, leaving the property insufficiently insulated. We inherited a 50% complete building in June 2023. In addition to a full internal fit out, including first fix MEP, there was a requirement to retrofit External Wall Insulation across the entire property. The project was successfully completed on programme in January 2024.
