Project overview

Originally constructed in 1960 and extensively redeveloped in 2002, this Knightsbridge property is built around a cast in-situ concrete frame, comprising a lower ground floor car park, ground floor retail space, and commercial offices to the upper storeys. The works involved stripping out the existing partitions and joinery to deliver a new restaurant and bar area, a new reception, and Category B office space across two floors. The proposals also included a new feature wall, recladding of an existing spiral staircase, new power and data cabling, a new Secondary Equipment Room, and alterations to the building services. Develeco was appointed to provide Project Management, Contract Administration, and Cost Management services, guiding the project from inception through to completion.
