We were recommended to the client by their lender, Alternative Bridging Corporation (whom we have worked with before).

The client had been left in a difficult position by the previous contractor, who went into liquidation. The previous builder was also responsible for design, which failed to comply with Part L regulations. As a result, the property was insufficiently insulated. We inherited a 50% complete building in June 2023. In addition to a full internal fit out (inc. first fix MEP), there was a requirement to retrofit External Wall Insulation to the entirety of the property.

The project is on programme, due for completion at the end of January 2024. The photos show the progression of EWI installation to the front and rear elevations.
