We are currently delivering three new build dwellings in Dunton Bassett, for a local developer. Following our advice, the scheme is being delivered in off-site timber frame, with solar roof installations and battery storage. The dwellings will be fully electric, and the fabric performance is being delivered to Future Homes Standard. As a result, we will be delivering properties with very low annual energy demand and operational carbon footprint. Due to complete winter 2024!
