Leeside is an existing 40,000sqft industrial warehouse. We are currently advising on the acquisition of the site for a local client, who are interested in taking the site for warm storage, workshops, and offices.

As Retrofit Coordinator, we are exploring external wall and roof insulation strategies, with integrated solar PV at roof level and battery storage. The client wants to construct a new showroom reception and is keen to deliver a ‘Best Practice’ retrofit, under the UKGBC energy use intensity targets for offices. The construction cost is expected to be in the region of £1.5-£2.5m.
