TSB is in an existing office building located in Hayes, West London. The building is multi-tenanted and was in need of refurbishment to the common areas. These works included a full strip out and refurbishment of the reception area, cafe/canteen, and gym. The work to these areas necessitated HVAC upgrades and a series of existing building defects were remediated as part of the scope.

In addition to the common areas, two of the upper floors required strip-out and refurbishment to Category A. The work included the replacement of the existing air conditioning system, which was overly sized and at the end of its life. In its place, we specified an exposed system with circular diffusers and compact ducting. This resulted in an increased floor to ceiling height throughout the office floors as well as an improved aesthetic that was more in line with the industrial nature of the building.
