We are delighted to have been appointed as Project Managers and Cost Consultants, on this exciting new mixed use development in Crystal Palace, London.

The scheme will deliver 44 new homes, a 16-bedroom apart-hotel, and a strong ground and lower ground floor offer with retail and commercial space, alongside restaurant and bar uses, integrated servicing, and cycle facilities.

Construction will require a large basement excavation, secant piled retaining walls, and a triple height domed glass 'market square' roof, with an element of existing facade retention. 

We are looking forward to working with the wider team to drive programme, manage risk and cost, and support a high quality delivery.
